4. Delivery
4.1
Unless explicitly indicated otherwise by the Customer, translations are delivered by post, fax, e-mail or are collected by the Customer. If a requested deadline has to be observed, delivery is made (if necessary) by express or courier.
5. Terms of payment
5.1 Unless special agreements are entered into, payment shall be made within 10 days of the invoice date net without deductions. If the deadline for payment is exceeded, interest and charges will be billed according to the respective bank rates for temporary loans.
6. Ownership and copyright
6.1
The translation remains the property of the Jean-Paul Rochat Translation Agency until paid for in full.
7. Applicable law
7.1 The translation order and all claims arising therefrom are subject to Swiss law. The sole place of jurisdiction for all proceedings is Zurich.
7.2
The validity of these Terms and Conditions of Business shall not be affected by any invalidity of individual provisions.
8. Original text
The General Terms and Conditions of Business are drawn up in German, French, Italian and English. In the event of contradictions and unclear points, the German version alone shall prevail.
